I went in with high expectations because the reviews were good, but the consultation with the office manager was much longer than the consultation with the director. I don't know if the director was especially professional or not, but the office manager's way of talking was so persuasive I got completely drawn in.. I had a lot of questions about the surgical method, but I didn't ask the office manager any extra follow-up questions. I wasn't entirely satisfied with the consultation, but the experience was long, and above all, the nose shape in the review photos is consistent, which is what drew me in the most ,, It's a place I'm still seriously considering
