I had two consultations, and because I'm a total scaredy-cat I must have been a pain, but they answered all my questions and I was really grateful. They used a very safe method. They shaved down the dorsal hump and raised the tip of my nose, and they recommended osteotomy, but I said I just wanted it refined, so a bit of the hump remained. Still, I like how it looks now. It's a little disappointing, but since not doing osteotomy was my choice, I don't think I'll touch it any more.
