I'm really scared, so after thinking about rhinoplasty for 10 years, I visited a lot of clinics and finally went to this one last. I visited 5 places diligently, and every single one said surgery was possible with the septum, but this was the only place that told me my septum was too small to use. I felt here that they would go as safely as possible, so I consulted twice. At the first consultation, maybe I didn't explain my needs well, because they suggested custom silicone and ear cartilage. Since I went during a busy time, it didn't feel especially friendly. This was the only place that told me my septum was small, so I decided to go back for a second consultation. The second time, maybe because I went at the last slot on a weekend, they were really kind, smiling, and asked me to explain why I came again. When I said I was scared of the side effects of silicone and wanted to do it without an implant, they showed me photos of non-implant cases they had done, re-shaped the line for me again, and were so kind. I decided to trust that they would do it as safely and well as possible and go ahead with it (surgery using only ear cartilage). It has been just under 2 months since surgery, and they made the tip exactly to my needs without any step-off, with a pretty nasolabial angle! If naturalness is what you want, I recommend it!! Above all, because they didn't disturb the nose much and only worked on the tip, there was almost no bruising or bleeding. And they didn't pack my nose with cotton, so there was no pain either!! My mom and younger sibling saw it and said they wanted to do it too, so I felt proud.
