미고코수술Nose SurgeryOverall: 3.8/5

I’m writing this in hopes it helps others even a little, since I got a lot of help from other people’s reviews. It was my first nose surgery, and because I worried about it so much, I spent a long time researching online and in person, and in the end I chose Migo. Reasons for choosing it 1. Safety first (only nose surgeries for over 20 years in one location, anesthesiologist on site, CCTV viewing available) 2. I felt they could turn my masculine, hump-shaped nose into a cute, more delicate nose In the end, my satisfaction is around 60 to 70 percent. Honestly, I didn’t get a good impression of the director during the consultation. The hospital that gave me a more detailed and kinder consultation was somewhere else. But before and after the surgery, he becomes very gentle;; and I felt he tried to reflect the patient’s needs as much as possible. When choosing a nose clinic, the doctor’s skill is important, but no matter how much you shout, the doctor’s own aesthetic sense doesn’t change, so I was worried it might become that slightly upturned nose that the clinic is known for. That’s why I brought very detailed notes about what I wanted, along with photos, and everything I requested came out exactly!! Even the nose experts who looked at my nose said they couldn’t tell it was done there, and that it didn’t look like that clinic’s style at all. The columella came out nicely visible, the nostrils don’t show much, and the nasolabial angle was made small and good? The thing that made me feel the director was really safety-first was that at first he said to use the septum, but after surgery only ear cartilage was used, and when I asked later, he said my septum was smaller and weaker than expected, and since I still have many years ahead of me, he didn’t use it. The reason I’m not fully satisfied isn’t the director’s fault..ㅎ Communication with the manager also went well, and when I said I was disappointed with the shape, they said we could talk about after-service again at the follow-up checkup in six months, within the two-year warranty period. If I had known they would reflect my preferences this well and operate so conservatively, I would have done osteotomy from the start and been a bit bolder. It looks so natural that people can’t tell I had surgery. That actually makes me kind of sad.. When I look at the before-and-after photos, I can tell something changed, but the appearance upgrade wasn’t that big. Hahaha. I recommend it for people who truly want to improve only their flaws without making it obvious. Future plans I’m absolutely in the no-implant camp, so if I get after-service, I’m thinking of doing additional osteotomy and using autologous costal cartilage. They said adding more ear cartilage could make it droop more, so I’m planning to use rib cartilage as the last option. (I haven’t discussed it yet) I was fairly happy with the director’s technique and aftercare, so I think I’ll do my revision here too.. It wasn’t dramatically transformative or perfect in every way, but there were no problems with function, inflammation, uneven nostrils, pinched nose, or anything else bad that I was most worried about, so I’m just glad about that. If I do get a revision, I just hope the result won’t be bad then either...
