The staff were all so kind and even gave me a stuffed animal to hold when it hurt. Most importantly, the director gives very detailed consultations for procedures and performs them according to my needs. There is no sloppy factory-style feeling at all, so I've been going for 2 years, and the effects were much better than when I had Shurink done at another hospital!
