The staff were all kind, and the doctor let me ask anything I was curious about throughout the procedure, and really worked my skin hard. I've been to many dermatology clinics, and it didn't hurt there, but this really did hurt. This was the first time I asked them to lower the intensity. They really seemed to work me overㅎㅎ
