Factory-like... I had the removal procedure 3 times and it still didn't disappear. There are a lot of people, the director changes every time, and it's not even cheap. They run a lot of events, but there aren't really any procedures worth doing... just so-so.......I tried it because it seemed like a decent choice since it was nearby and a large clinic.
