For a factory-style place, the hair removal is okay. The downside is that because it's factory-style, you have to take care of all the aftercare yourself. For example, if you also get upper-lip hair removal, you'd have to bring your own sunscreen and apply it yourself. Aside from that inconvenience, I'm satisfied with the price and would be willing to pay again to get it done.
