It’s too assembly-line-like. They just leave you there after applying the anesthetic cream without even telling you to wait a few minutes. I got annoyed and never went back. The waiting time is also way too long, and the staff working there are unfriendly. Even when I asked how long I had to wait because they were busy, they said they would tell me and then never did. It was so damn annoying.
