Being factory-like was actually better because the level of skill was good. There are some skill differences between doctors. If you prepare photos carefully and explain well, they will try to match you as much as possible. The doctors are kind, but honestly they seem busy because there are so many patients, so it is good for both sides to prepare photos. The managers seem to like putting in a rather excessive amount of filler. I recommend trying filler only a little at first. The downside is that you don't know which doctor will be assigned, but injectable procedures are generally fine if you explain well, and treatments like Shurink really depend a lot on the doctor's hand.
