I got a consultation in the order of doctor -> coordinator. I was sitting in the consultation room and after about 5 minutes the doctor came in, looked at my eyes, and said that because his eyes and eyebrows are close together, it would not be possible to do as much as he personally would set. He additionally recommended doing filler, lifting, and several other surgeries together, which was disappointing. His consultation manner was a bit overly familiar, so I felt relatively less trust
