I went for underarm hair removal, and they told me to change clothes, but nobody called me, so I was putting on the gown-like thing by myself. There were men in the waiting room, so it was a bit embarrassing to be there together. I’ve moved to another hospital now, so I don’t know how the system is there, but at the time it felt like a factory was running. And the staff at the front were way too rude.
