I kept going here from when they first opened, but I felt like they lost their original spirit, so I stopped coming. The staff are always kind, but after the director who consulted when they first opened changed, the directors honestly mostly feel like they’re just there to drag out time. They don’t seem professional at all and act like you have to do things exactly their way, even though there’s a procedure they’ve been doing since before they became a director. ^^;;; In the past, after consulting with the director, I would also meet the doctor and then go into the procedure, but they got so busy that they deleted that part now ㅠㅠㅜ
