I applied through the app because I felt like my face was losing elasticity and visited the clinic. During the consultation, the director was busy, so only the consultation coordinator handled it, and I met the director on the day of the procedure. At the time I didn’t really know if it worked... but a long time after not doing it, I felt my face getting bigger, so I thought, ah, it must have had an effect. That’s what I think.. There are quite a lot of people, and even if you make a reservation and go, waiting is mandatory. Still, the staff were kind, so even when I was about to get angry, I could hold back.
