First of all, instead of feeling like the consultation manager was agreeing with or acknowledging what I was saying, what she said felt like she was saying I was wrong, and it was uncomfortable, like she was trying to start a power struggle. Because of that, every time I went I just wanted to get the procedure quickly and leave. (There wasn't really any reason to bump into each other after the consultation anyway.) The doctor was fine. He was thorough and explained everything well while doing the procedure, so I felt at ease. Having to wash my face myself before the procedure was uncomfortable, even though maybe they were doing it to reduce costs.
