I used a procedure coupon? It was transferred to me, and I had one session. It felt like a factory-type place and the staff were rude. I asked whether treating indented acne scars with Fraxel was the right thing to do, and the way the manager or assistant answered really annoyed me. I don't know why they were showing that they didn't want to work on me, but the doctor was kind. I'm never going there again.
