It's just a factory-style place. I don't have high expectations. It's a place I go when it's cheap and I'm in a hurry, so you can't expect a high level of satisfaction with the procedure. I've been going here for years, and the front desk service has always been pretty bad.. But the doctors do the procedures well, so that part is actually a plus
