The hospital facilities are clean, and both the consultation manager and the chief doctor are kind. Compared with other hospitals, the chief doctor’s consultation is extremely thorough, and most of all, he clearly understands the parts I’m worried about and suggested ways to improve them, which made me trust him. He drew pictures to explain the surgery method well, and as I listened to the explanation I just thought, this is absolutely the hospital for me! Even though he was busy, he still asked if I had any questions and explained everything step by step. Other doctors at other hospitals seemed tired and only gave bland consultations, but Vuralbal seemed different, so I decided on it.
