First of all, the manager was extremely kind, but once I went into the consultation, I was surprised because his voice was so loud. I thought maybe the patients waiting outside couldn’t hear it, but I still wished he would lower his voice a little. Still, he seemed to explain each question in detail. The director drew several line options for me and explained them kindly, but the line was just average, so it didn’t really stand out to me.
