Ah, actually the manager explained things in detail. The doctor lacked professionalism. While explaining, he said if I didn't listen to him he wouldn't do the surgery. You should listen to the patient's explanation, not the other way around lol The manager was the one consulting, and there was no professionalism, but they were kind and tried hard. Still, no professionalism ;;;;;;
