They said the tip of my nose was low, so they would build up the columella and use ear cartilage above the tip to support the alar wing. I don’t think my nose is a hooked nose, but here they said it was, and the consultation was professional, but I’m worried my ears will not survive if this keeps going. They also recommended a paranasal augmentation and fat grafting together, and I have no intention of touching anything else. The patients all seemed older, and the consultation manager also seemed older, so I did trust them, but then I saw some bad reviews and now I’m torn.
