It's my own fault for leaving myself in the hands of a doctor with no skill. I already made a reservation at another hospital for revision surgery. I showed them a photo of the nose I wanted, but it came out completely the opposite. There was no improvement to the bulbous nose at all, and whether you call it cat surgery or wing grafting, it didn't look any different from before, and as the cartilage collapsed and protruded toward the nostril area, it looks like there's boogers stuck there. If you're going to spend money here, go to a better hospital and do it there.
