Maybe because it was the weekend, there were a lot of people, and even though I had a reservation, the wait was long I just want to pay for the treatment I want and get it, but they recommended a lot of things during the consultation... It wasn't overly forceful, so it was okay....... ^^ I got hair removal, and they were still thorough and did a good job, so I was satisfied!!!
