Even if you make an appointment, the waiting time can be 20 to 30 minutes when it’s not crowded, and about an hour when it’s busy, which is a bit tough. There are about five desk staff, and their kindness feels average or more like work-level politeness. There seem to be three or four consultation managers, and the managers I met didn’t feel overly pushy or aggressive in selling, and they consulted me in a reasonably kind way. The procedures are carried out quickly, but it didn’t feel like they were being done carelessly. I get anti-aging injections once a week, and I’m someone whose veins are hard to see and whose skin is thin, so injections are difficult, but here there are about two people with enough experience who are good at giving injections. They show me the unopened product every time, and even if they look busy, they never seem annoyed. I also went to places like Toxy and Itchmi Clinic nearby, but among factory-style clinics, this one seems to have the best value and satisfaction.
