I started with 34 cm at first, had Botox 2-3 times, and had a reduction procedure two or three times too, so I started with the understanding that it might take a long time for progress to show..! They recommended two options, and both were for the 4th dose, the largest amount. It was 5 visits over a total of 3-5 months. Option 1 - in the 5 million won range - Jjong-jjal injection, 4th dose (usually an injection for the outer calf muscle) After all 5 visits, they would also inject up to 2 times for the soleus muscle (I had soleus bulging due to compensatory development from reduction). Option 2 - 8.25 million won - Jjong-jjal injection, 4th dose, 5 visits total, and they would keep injecting the soleus muscle with unlimited amounts as it bulged during the 5 visits. At first I worried a lot, but since it was expensive anyway, I decided to stretch out the installment plan longer and chose the 8.25 million won soleus + Jjong-jjal package for a more certain effect. After the first session, it went down by 2 cm, after the second session another 2 cm, and I came in for the third session this time, and today I switched from size M to size XS compression stockings.. It's a hassle to wear them every day, but the effect is really great... It really is worth the price. The first treatment was in July last year, the second in December, and the third this March. After three sessions, the 4 cm circumference effect is really huge. If I don't wear the compression garment, it swells a bit, so it can go up and down by 1 cm, and after losing 3 kg of weight it seems to have slimmed down more because... there is less weight to bear. But the director says I should lose a bit more weight to a slimmer body, about 2 kg more They say the inner soleus area will respond better to the injections that way... Losing weight is just too hard, that's the problem. Anyway, in terms of effect it's big, but the cost is expensive. Oh, and for about 1-2 months it was uncomfortable because my leg didn't feel like mine, walking was hard, and it was difficult to walk briskly or stand on tiptoe, so it can be uncomfortable if you exercise. But after two months, it does come back little by little. For one or two months, walking was uncomfortable
