First of all, the injection itself really works well, so I keep going even though it’s expensive. But the doctor is really kind of strange and eccentric. Forcing me to never turn my back is weird, and if I cancel one Saturday appointment once, then Saturday appointments are absolutely impossible from then on, and so on. The rules are somehow very strict. Even the way he talks is so snappy, and he even talks to me informally. And the diet-pushing is really intense. They don’t even measure InBody, they just weigh me and look only at that, wanting to make me skinny all over, down to a stick-like body. If you’re in the early 160 cm range, they basically want the number to start with 4... It feels like they’re not thinking about health at all and just trying to turn my legs into toothpicks..? I prefer a body where I have a decent amount of flesh and my thighs are a little fuller, but listening to them makes it seem like they really want to make my legs pathologically skinny. Also, the doctor says things that are so far from standard diet common sense that I can’t really trust it.. The injection effect is just so good that I can’t quit... They even say not to exercise. Apparently exercise doesn’t make you lose fat, it just makes your legs thicker..? They say if I don’t exercise and don’t eat anything after 4 p.m., I’ll lose weight.. Maybe that might work short term, but unless I keep that eating habit for life, I’ll 100% rebound.. I understand saying not to eat flour, but I can’t accept restricting protein too.. What am I supposed to eat then..? How can you live forever on only vegetables.. I’m not sure whether other doctors would agree with this. I only keep going because the injections work so well, so I’m just trying to take those comments with a grain of salt. Even without doing all that, I’m already satisfied with the results, and my legs have gotten a lot prettier.
