They only mentioned what was necessary without pushing anything excessive, and the atmosphere was comfortable, so it was really nice to have the consultation! The director spoke gently and explained everything calmly and in detail! The manager was kind too, and there was no pressure at all! I could feel that both the director and the manager were proud of the hospital.
