The pre-consultation director felt like they didn't have much experience and seemed a bit too lightweight, so I didn't like that. During the consultation, I hadn't even decided yet whether I would get nose surgery, but they kept repeatedly bringing up not only nose surgery but also other areas, pointing them out and saying it would be good to do them together, not just during the consultation but even at payment time, which was unpleasant. They kept talking about the surgical method and materials even though they weren't the operating doctor, so it felt like a pointless waste of time. The doctor looked tired, but was kind. They first gave an overall overview and then asked if I had any additional questions. Since I had prepared a decent number of questions, the process went okay, but if I hadn't, I think I would have gotten very little from the consultation.
