I go to get Botox sometimes, and this time I'm leaving a review for the first time. I was nervous that the nurse removing the anesthetic cream might hurt, but she spoke kindly, gave tips on how to make it hurt less, and kindly explained the necessary parts. I got the procedure done in a good mood. The female doctor is also kind.
