This is a procedure I get regularly. I haven't felt any side effects, and it's nice to get it at a cheap price. Just think of it as a factory-style place. I don't feel the need to get it done in a very precise way, so I just get enough to kill the large muscles. I get it consistently every 3 to 6 months.
