I know factory-style clinics can't really be helped, but I think I'll seriously consider going again next time. It took a long time from anesthesia until before the Botox injection, so I pressed the bell and asked when someone would come. But they didn't consider the patient's pain at all, stuck the needle in, and the staff just said nothing and rushed to apply ointment like they were telling me to leave quickly.
