There were a lot of foreigners coming here... It’s crowded, and when there are a lot of people the wait is long, but when there are few people, there isn’t much of a wait! There’s no doctor consultation, only a consultation with the counselor. There isn’t a separate time to consult with the doctor, and when you get the procedure, you just come in and go out.
