They remove warts, milia, moles, and so on cheaply. It might be fine if you're doing a large number of them... but the pre-check isn't done by the director directly, and the director isn't a dermatologist either; when I looked later, even small sebaceous cyst-like things were just lasered first...;; The biggest advantage is the price.
