I had an incision double-eyelid surgery last year. Because there were not many patients due to COVID, or maybe that is just how the director is, I am not sure, but the director explained everything in great detail and kept adjusting the shape in the direction I wanted, so I am happy with the result. My eyes were very uneven, but they matched them as much as possible.
