There were a lot of people, but I was still able to go in for my consultation at the scheduled time. I had a brief consultation with the director, then a consultation with the doctor, then another cost consultation with the director, and the whole process seemed to take less than 30 minutes... The doctor seemed to have expertise, but maybe because the schedule was so busy, I got the feeling that they weren't being careless but did want to get through things quickly They seemed skilled, but I think I need to think about it a bit more....
