When I had chin Botox at another place before, they only poked one spot and were done, but here they did it at about two spots, which I liked. However, since it was a simple procedure, the consultation manager only did a brief consultation and the director didn't perform the procedure. Everyone was generally kind, but there were a lot of people at the clinic and it was hectic, so everyone seemed a bit tired.
