The consultant was bad at consulting and didn’t know the trend. They were kind, though. But on my first visit, they didn’t even consult inside; they just had me sit outside (first procedure: calves and trapezius Botox). When I said my name, they were like, “Oh, you’re so-and-so, right? You’re here for so-and-so Botox, right? Yes.” But I had clearly checked the discounted price on the web and made a Naver reservation based on that (the event price was listed there). Since I went there on a recommendation, I thought it was a factory-style place when they didn’t even take me into the consultation room. Later, after paying on site, getting the procedure, and leaving, I saw that they had charged me twice the price I had seen. When I called to ask, without even asking me they had booked me for the imported kind instead of the discounted price (domestic Botox) I was speechless. Still, the Botox was really satisfying, so next time I went in for a neck Zero Fat injection. That time they probably charged more because of the price, so they took me to the consultation room and were super kind The claim that the neck line changes as much as the photos show is a huge exaggeration; there was zero effect, and it was basically the same as trapezius Botox, which was ridiculous. That day too the final amount was higher than expected, and when I asked why it was that price, without explaining anything they said they’d used imported Botox instead of domestic, and that domestic isn’t good while imported works better, so they just did that. I told them to cancel it and switch to domestic. The fat injection had no effect. I was so annoyed I’ll never go again. What kind of place is this?
