Before the surgery, the counseling staff responded so kindly that it was almost overwhelming. After the surgery, it seems like they don’t pay much attention. During the design consultation, they did try to set it as close as possible to the design I wanted, so I’m satisfied with the design. One side turned out well, but at the end of the other side the flesh showed red, and I was unhappy about that, but later they said they would correct it through after-service, so I liked that part. Still, I liked that the doctor quickly acknowledged the problem and then talked about how to handle it afterward.
