I had surgery for gynecomastia, and when they operated they also removed the fat around the area, so now no matter how much weight I gain, my chest doesn’t gain fat. I’m very happy that the gynecomastia improved. But it ended up a little too low on the chest, so I’m exercising to improve it. There are no surgical scars at all now.
