It's actually been a while, so I don't remember it clearly, but I had my nose done first and then had my eyes done as an additional procedure. The director was pretty cheerful, so when I was scared during the eye surgery, they lightened the mood and said they'd put me to sleep, which helped me relax, and the surgery went well, so I recovered without swelling or inflammation. The consultation manager wasn't like an older sister or anything, but she was gentle and kind. We talked about everything related to the surgery with the director, and the manager only explained the schedule outside the surgery and the post-op process in detail.
