1 - Doctor's friendliness - Very sharp way of speaking.. far from sweet and friendly 2 - Consultation expertise - On YouTube, they explain a lot about filler removal and granulomas, but when I went and said, "This is filler," they said, "No, it's not," and "It's normal tissue; it bulges for me too." I had gotten an injection to dissolve filler, and they asked why only part of it dissolved. (Wasn't I there because I didn't know whether it was a granuloma, a lump, or normal tissue? Their YouTube videos are all about that kind of thing too.) Part of it dissolved, so I went to have the rest removed, and I was a bit stunned.. When I said I came to ask because I didn't know, they laughed.. No, doctor, if I knew whether this was filler or normal tissue, would I have come here? Even while they were already treating it as if it wasn't filler, they said it seemed like filler and tried to show me a photo, but they asked me to show medically proven photos, not edited ones (it felt like they had already decided it wasn't filler). Then they said let's take an ultrasound too, but I refused after a 30,000-won consultation and a 10-minute visit. (They said it would be 20,000 extra per area.)
