I spent a month in pain, crying, and just barely getting by before gathering myself and looking into hospitals, thinking the director might be able to explain things clearly, so I visited. I explained my symptoms, and from the director's point of view, I may have said things that were hard to understand or didn't make sense, but the kind of line that completely denies all the symptoms I clearly experienced, and the tone that seems to blame the patient's sensitivity, would have been better avoided because it was hurtful. If I ask them to look more carefully at the ultrasound, they do look more, but personally I was disappointed..
