I felt a little frustrated because I didn't get the answer I wanted based on what I asked. When I asked about the surgical method, I needed to know at least a little to prepare myself, but they said it was too secretive to tell me, so they didn't explain it. They seemed kind, but were also unfriendly. I had a little suspicion that the photo reviews they showed me might not be real, but if it really turns out like that, I think they have skill.
