I went in for a consultation about removing dissolvable threads, and first the manager talked with me about my concerns and wrote them down in my chart. When I went into the doctor's consultation room, without saying anything, he looked at the chart the manager had written, lightly touched the area I was worried about, and said let's do an ultrasound so we did it... After he said the two areas I was worried about were thread (which I already knew, which is why I went in for removal consultation), I asked if it was possible not to remove 100% and only remove the protruding parts, and he asked why I was asking him that, saying I should ask the hospital where I had the surgery.... It was such an absurd answer. Then why did I pay so much for the ultrasound? Wasn't it because the previous hospital seemed like it would be difficult, so I came looking for somewhere else? The manager also told me to go back to the hospital where I had the surgery. Didn't they know before doing the ultrasound? I just ended up wasting the ultrasound fee and being told to leave...
