The staff aren't very kind ^^;;; I also heard them badmouthing a patient who had an appointment, and I was so taken aback,,,,, shouldn't that kind of thing be said somewhere the patient can't hear..? I got Pico toning, but it didn't really work for me either.. Well, it's toning, so I just accepted it.
