I went there because of an event for 10 sessions of Pico Toning at Gang-eon. First, they explained that refunds are not possible, and if there are side effects, it can be transferred to someone else. But after the first treatment, my face became sensitive, so I tried to transfer it, but it was too much trouble so I did not and used it on freckles on the back of my hand. Then I found someone to transfer it to, and when I tried to transfer it, they said the previous consultation manager had told me wrong and that transfer was not possible. In the end, they said it was an exception only for direct family members (they said they would only do this for me), and that I had to come in person, sign some kind of contract, and then transfer it. What is this So I got annoyed and just kept using it on the back of my hand. Both the director and the manager were unfriendly and felt money-obsessed.
