When I made the reservation by phone, there was no mention of a consultation fee, but they charged 5,000 won. The hospital facility was clean and modern. The director spoke quietly and seemed proud of the surgery, but as for kindness... during the consultation he had his legs crossed and the mask slightly lowered. He told me to get eye correction surgery, so I asked whether I had ptosis, and he said no, but recommended it because it would make the eyes more visible..
