I got this done because I saw how natural it looked on someone I know. I like the line, and they drew the line cleanly too. It wasn't overly stuck together, so it's not enough that I'd want to remove eyelid fat, but even though there is some, it still looks natural. The downside is that one side is a big in-out line and the other side is slightly out. Other people don't notice it unless I point it out. There are some downsides, but for me, someone who values a natural look, I'm satisfied enough.
