The extra charge based on my weight made it a bit burdensome, but I still went ahead with the surgery because it was safe and I didn't need compression garments. I wish I could have gotten even thinner, but the flabby fat is definitely gone. My satisfaction is medium. The difference in arm circumference has also decreased compared to before the surgery. The doctor and staff are generally kind, and they seem to care a lot about hygiene.
