First, I consulted about the entire arm, calves, and knees. The estimated price I wrote down is for one of those areas. They said my elasticity was too low and there wasn't much fat to remove, so they'd only take some from the upper arm as a cleanup measure, but they also said they wouldn't be able to remove much even then. It felt like they were too safety-focused, and the price didn't seem cheap compared to the amount of fat they'd remove, so I just had the consultation and left.
